If your extractor didn't produce any rows or was interrupted due to no fault of yours. You can use the restart option to get a member of the Ops team restart your tractor at no additional cost

See steps on how to do

  • Head to the Extractors view

  • select the extractor which is in question

  • select the session that you want to restart

  • Click on "more actions" and the click restart
