If your extractor didn't produce any rows or was interrupted due to no fault of yours. You can use the restart option to get a member of the Ops team restart your tractor at no additional cost

Head to the Extractors view
select the extractor which is in question
select the session that you want to restart
Click on "more actions" and the click restart
